Molly Taylor is part of the Rosberg X Racing (RXR) driver lineup with Johan Kristoffersson for the inaugural Extreme E season, where they have serious aspirations to become the inaugural champions of the electrified off-road division. The Australian was in fact able to leave her mark with the Moment of the Season.
It was the Artic X Prix in Kangerlussuaq, Greenland. There, behind the wheel of RXR’s ODYSSEY 21, she brought all her talent to contribute with appropriate times to put the team in contention. However, in the middle of the action on track, her car completely overturned, freezing the hearts of all the fans, although, fortunately, she managed to stay on four wheels and continued on the course as if nothing had happened.
Taylor’s moment in the Arctic caused a sensation on social networks and quickly spread. A maneuver of such caliber could not go unnoticed, and therefore, Zenith Watches, one of the sponsoring companies of the first 1005 electric rally category, decided to immortalize the moment and recognize the move of the Rosberg X Racing driver.

In charge of presenting the award to Molly Taylor was her teammate, Johan Kristoffersson. “We’re here in Sardinia and we’re going to look for Molly because she won the Zenith Moment in Time in Greenland after the rollover, so we’ll ask her about it,” the Swedish driver commented prior to handing over the recognition.
“You know, it was a bit quick. Obviously, it wasn’t part of the plan but we survived and we were able to advance to the Final Race,” Molly commented with a chuckle as she received the watch. Undoubtedly, a moment that caught everyone’s attention, but one that Taylor hopes not to repeat again during her Extreme E journey.
