Formula E lands in Japan, the highly anticipated new stop on the calendar as all-electric single-seater racing takes to the streets of the modern metropolis of Tokyo.
The series couldn’t come at a better time for Japanese fans, with hundreds of overtakes and four different winners in the last four rounds.
The fight for the championship is very close and Nissan is in form after back-to-back podiums from Oliver Rowland and NEOM McLaren’s Sam Bird taking their Nissan-powered GEN3 machine to the top step.

Tokyo E-Prix 2024 Schedule
Free practice will begin on Friday, March 29. The first on-track action begins with 30 minutes of practice on Friday afternoon.
Saturday, March 30 will be free practice 2. Race day begins with the final 30 minutes of practice before qualifying and the race.
Qualifying will start at 10:20 local time, time to set the best lap as the drivers battle it out for pole position Julius Baer. At 15:00 local time comes the moment of truth with the race. The main event with 33 laps looking for the top of the podium on Japanese soil.
