Formula E and the FIA announced that they will unveil the highly anticipated GEN3 Evo race car on Thursday, April 25 during an exclusive evening launch in the run-up to the 2024 Monaco E-Prix.
As an evolution of the current GEN3 race car, the all-electric championship will raise the bar even higher with a car that will be pushed to the limit by the series’ world-class drivers during seasons 11 and 12.
The GEN3 Evo is set to deliver even more spectacular wheel-to-wheel racing. With enhanced performance features that will highlight Formula E and the FIA’s role in pioneering technology and sustainable motorsports, the GEN3 Evo is set to deliver a step-change in on-track action.

Jeff Dodds, CEO of Formula E, explained that they are not just launching a car, but continuing to shape the future of racing.

The CEO of the electric series detailed that they are setting new performance standards that will intensify on-track rivalries and fan engagement, staying at the forefront of motorsports globally.
Following the launch, the next ABB FIA Formula E World Championship race will begin with the eighth round of the 2024 Monaco E-Prix on Saturday, April 27.
