E1 Series announced through an official press release a solidified partnership with QiOn, a company dedicated to providing ultra-fast and high-power charging solutions for electric vehicles.
QiOn, previously the official charging provider, will now assume the role of the official charging partner of the championship, all with the aim of working alongside the first 100% electric category of electric boat racing for maritime sustainability.
All this enables nine teams to compete aboard the RaceBird in the first-ever World Championship of fully electric racing boats, reaching speeds exceeding 50 knots (92 km/h/57 mph), captivating fans as they battle for the top step of the podium.
