The World E-Bike Series (WES) continues to add credits not only in fanaticism and expansion, but also in allies committed to sustainability who also have a great journey within the world cycling
This is the case of the Gobik company, which has signed a three-year contract with the electric bicycle category, to be the official supplier of the leading jersey for the women’s and men’s World Cup classification.
Already in the last round held in Monaco on April 24 and 25, they gave a taste of the shirt created by Gobik, which, according to experts in the discipline, recalls the traditional look and feel of the UCI World Cup, but with a unique and distinctive electric bike touch.

It is just the beginning of the emergence of distinguished apparel in e-bike racing and this partnership confirms the brand’s goal of selecting only the best world competitions as the stage.
The World E-Bike Series has been continually developing its professional image and it seems like a wise step to ensure that only the best clothing for the most outstanding cyclists struggling in the demanding season.
Gobik’s signature
Based in Murcia, Spain, Gobik has provided cycling clothing for a significant number of professional runners. The company has 130 employees and has a sustainable growth model planned for the coming years.
Its global ambassadors include Alberto Contador, Julien Absalon, Ivan Basso and also the teams of BMC Absolute Absalon, Primaflor Mondraker and BH Templo Cafés UCC. UAE Team Emirates also wears Gobik clothing.
“What attracts us the most is being an active part in the story of something new,” said Gino Dona, Brand Manager of Gobik after establishing the partnership with WES.
The company also boasts of dressing teams in the prestigious Giro d’Italia, which on its return to normality after the break by COVID-19 appears in two squads in the corsa rosa squad, signifying another milestone in the history of the company.

After Monaco, the E-Bike World Cup will travel to Bologna at the beginning of June, Clermond-Ferrand, France, in mid-July and, from the end of September, it will make a couple of stops in Spain, first on the occasion of the celebration of the Sea Otter Europe in Girona and then in Castelldefels, Barcelona.
