With the commitment to promoting zero-emission sports worldwide, Green Racing News (GRN) is pleased to introduce the World e-Bike Series (WES) as a partner for the coming seasons, acting as one of the official distribution channels for information and content of interest around the world.

WES, with origins in Monaco, was born in 2019 with the intention of organizing the first international competition of electric bikes, where the UCI E-Mountain Bike World Cup serves as one of the categories of the institution, which will begin its 2022 season on April 23-24 in Monaco.

“We are delighted to be an official partner of WES for the championship’s content distribution, as well as everything related to exposing its sustainable commitment to the world,” said Rebeca González Camargo, Co-Founder of Green Racing News.

Both Green Racing News and World e-Bike Series will work together during the current season and beyond, where GRN will be providing constant attention to the 2022 events, exposing in the best possible way everything behind electrified bikes, while highlighting everything behind the process.

“GRN was born with the goal of promoting the transition to zero-emission motorsports. WES fits perfectly with our philosophy and thoughts, therefore, we are pleased to be part of the road that this wonderful discipline will travel in every circuit it visits,” continued González.

On the other hand, Valentina Conti, Managing Director of WES, talked about this partnership: “We are glad to be partnering up with Green Racing News, a global media committed to promoting electric sports and sustainable mobility more than anyone else. Their shared values with WES made it a natural process to start collaborating and supporting each other in our respective missions. We are proud to give our contribution to spreading the word of the electric transition through Green Racing News’ voice”.

About WES

WES World E-Bike Series was born in 2019 in Monaco, to organize and promote the first international competition of exclusively electric bicycles. By 2020, the category took the step to the next level by receiving the title of the first and sole UCI E-Mountain Bike Cross-Country World Cup.

WES aims to go beyond the sport, to offer the cycling industry an exciting new sustainable-mobility format. WES promotes E-MTB as a fun and challenging choice for athletes and amateurs, and mountain bike tourism as a driver for hosting venues’ visibility.
