The year 2022 looks like a great opportunity for sustainable motorsport categories. WES UCI E-Mountain Bike Cross-country World Cup is one of them, and it promises to go all out to position itself as one of the best divisions. Gradually, the 2022 schedule has been structured, until finally the provisional calendar of the UCI E-Mountain Bike Cross-country World Cup was released.

Thus, competitors and teams already know, almost exactly, what they will face when they get on their bikes. The championship promises excitement, action and adrenaline from start to finish where the ability of the best on track will be demonstrated.

WES will consist of eight rounds. There will be no margin for error, and three of them will be completely new, so the special attention to detail will make the difference to win or lose positions, even be out of the race.

The action of the WES UCI E-Mountain Bike Cross-country World Cup 2022 will start between April 23 and 24 in Monaco – Peille. Then, the second and third rounds are still to be announced. After leaving French territory, the championship will return from May 28 to 29, and on July 9 and 10, respectively.

Already at the fourth round, teams and riders will have to be ready to take on the challenge of Charade/Clermont-Ferrand, again on French soil from 23 to July. The fifth race is likely to be one of the most media-attractive, as WES ventured into a great partnership to race at the mythical Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium, where Raidillion and Eau Rouge shine for their greatness.

The action at the Belgian track will take place from September 3 to 4. Then, Costa Brava-Girona will continue the excitement of electric bikes in Spain, from September 23 to 24. The penultimate round will take place from October 8 to 9 and has yet to be announced.

The final and long-awaited end of the season will take place from October 15 to 16. Once again Spain will host the WES E-Mountain Bike E-Mountain Bike Cross-country World Cup, but this time in Barcelona. It should be noted that the calendar is subject to the approval of the National Federation.
