For the startup, Zaiser Motors, the sufficient range achievable for an electric motorcycle is 300 miles and with this objective, it claims that it will achieve the first model of the American company.
With 300 miles or what is the same, 482 kilometers of range, Zaiser Motors hopes to be able to build an electric motorcycle that will compete favorably against fuel motorcycles in almost every parameter.
In some cases, electric scooters offer better features than their gasoline counterparts when it comes to power and performance. However, the scope and the cost are the two aspects in which zero emissions have not been able to match those of fuel.
For that reason, the Zaiser Electrocycle will be the first model introduced by the brand to be priced at “under $ 25,000.”
Zaiser claims that the Electrocycle (which appears to only exist in versions so far), will hit that 300 mile (482 km) range thanks to a large 17.3 kWh battery. However, it must be emphasized that there is an important comparison with other electric motorcycles on the market and its range-price ratio.
The 21.5 kWh battery pack from Italian electric motorcycle manufacturer Energica gives its bikes a maximum city range of 248 miles (400 km), despite being almost 25% larger than the battery proposed by Zaiser.

Zaiser Motors also confirms that it will have a number of cool features and technology packed into its 120 miles per hour (193 kilometers per hour) Electrocycle. Among them are fast-charging capabilities, all-wheel drive via a pair of hub motors that also allow for traction control, “automatic stabilization,” and modular batteries.
The latter should be quite interesting as it would allow motorcyclists to park their motorcycle on the street and carry the battery inside for remote charging.
Creating a neo-retro cruiser style design with wide panels and cascading taillights, the Zaiser Electrocycle looks as eye-catching as it is comfortable. Its long seat and relaxed seat position are surely welcome additions to an industry that has until now prioritized roadsters and naked sports bikes.
Zaiser reported that the Electrocycle will hit the market in “late 2021, early 2022.”
