From August 29-30, WES UCI E-MTB XC World Cup witnessed a great double race at the iconic Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
The event brought smiles to the riders’ faces, despite the challenge of two contrasting weather conditions – one sunny day and another under rain.

Following Spa, the anticipation continued to build as riders looked forward to the Germany Round Presented by Schwalbe, in Bielstein (September 2-3).

German riders showed enthusiasm and local support, with a spotlight on Sofia Wiedenroth and Antonia Daubermann (Advanced E-Racing).
The German track captivates both riders and fans by featuring fast-paced corners, steep ascents, descents, and even a tunnel.
The surroundings and technical challenges added to the event’s allure, making it a memorable experience for all involved, as Justine Tonso and Jérôme Gilloux (Lapierre Overvolt) got the double win.
In just one week, two Rounds and four Races set the stage for an exciting remainder of the season.

WES World E-Bike Series was born in 2019 in Monaco, in order to promote the first international competition of exclusively electric bicycles. In 2020, the category took the step to the next level by receiving the title of the first E-Mountain Bike Cross-Country World Cup.
E-Cross-Country (E-XC) is the main discipline of WES, although WES Events can also present E-Gravity races, urban track competitions and amateur rides with professionals, called Ride WES.
